Fight vs. Light

Most of us have been taught to 'fight the bad' in our lives. For example, 'fight cancer' or 'win the battle against illness, corruption or poverty.'

But ancient Qigong - similar to Tai Chi - teaches us that Love is the ultimate healer. In each Qigong move, we relax our shoulders, slow our breath and calm our amped-up minds, which is especially necessary given the crazy state of our world right now.

As our nervous systems begin to come back into equilibrium, we can more easily accept kind and compassionate thoughts into our energy field.

And breathing in Love energy is what heals us, over time.
