M W F - 8 to 8:30am Pacific
Join me and our group 3 days a week for a fun, effective fitness training session combining several rounds of movement, isometrics (stationary muscle-contraction exercises) and weights - at 3 levels - light, medium & harder
Half hour sessions for $120/mo
You will need to meet me for a 1 hour private ($60) to determine your goals, starting level and to learn the proper movements to stay safe and build strength slowly.
